Massimo Gennari will join Gibraltar Wave FC as Technical Manager. With a diverse and comprehensive background in football, he has cultivated a wealth of experience across various roles, focusing on youth development (BVV Barendrecht), performance analysis (PSV), and coaching at multiple levels (KNVB, Excelsior Rotterdam, Almere City FC and Qingdao Red Lions Football Club – 青岛红狮足球俱乐部).

“Overall, my varied roles within football have equipped me with a holistic understanding of the game, from grassroots development to performance analysis, all aimed at fostering young talent and enhancing team dynamics.
I am extremely proud to be named as Technical Manager at Gibraltar Wave. With a deep-rooted passion for football and years of experience in player development and team strategy, I am dedicated to enhancing our club’s performance both on and off the pitch. My role involves collaborating closely with our coaching staff, scouting new talents, implementing innovative training methods to ensure our players reach their full potential, and assisting Shayan Khan with a marketingplan. Together, we aim to build a strong, cohesive team that not only competes at the highest level but also embodies the spirit and values of our club.
